Nilesh is the co-founder in the APAC and Americas regions and brings in 15+ years of rich management consulting experience with leading financial services firms in the US, UK, India and China. He has played several roles ranging from IT leadership, management and technology consulting roles to sales and delivery of large, multi-year, multi-million dollar global programs.

Nilesh is a passionate people manager with track record of developing high performance teams, executing organizational development initiatives and leadership development programs.

At Tungsten, Nilesh oversees worldwide sales, field marketing, services, support and partner channels as well as corporate support functions, in addition to developing plans and forecasts that support Tungsten's growth and expansion.

Dr. Raman Vaidyanathan
Chief Products and Strategy Officer
Raman is the Business Head and Product Leader with 10+ years of success identifying, taking new products, services and technology to market at a rapid pace. He has successfully identified and delivered first-of-a-kind solutions to solve showstoppers for Fortune 500 employers such as IBM, Intel etc.

At Tungsten, Raman currently oversees an interdisciplinary strategy team and works with the services and products teams across the company. In addition to his Strategic Product Management role, he is passionate about customer Value, Service and Experience. He creates competitive advantage by identifying, executing new initiatives and partnerships that drive revenue growth.

He has several patents to his name and loves to solve showstoppers at an accelerated pace, bring to market disruptive products & solutions using lean startup methodologies with P&L responsibilities.

Raman has a PhD in Analytics from the University of Georgia, US.
Virat Kulkarni
Chief Marketing Officer
Virat has rich global experience in an extensive range of sales and marketing streams in the financial and insurance industries. Previously, he served as the leader of marketing team in a global IT Services company. His international experience includes engagements across North America, Europe and Asia.

At Tungsten, he heads all the marketing activities and is responsible for all B2B, B2C, Technology, Digital and Channel Marketing. He is accomplished in defining market strategies and execution of strategic programs, defining positioning and value propositions, increasing brand awareness, driving revenue, building partnerships, coaching/leading high performance teams, developing and launching new products, programs and services, and creating highly effective sales tools.

Virat has an MBA in Marketing and Finance, from the Institute of Management Technology (IMT), one of India's top-10 business schools.
Krishna Agarwal
Managing Director - Technology
Krishna has 10+ years of rich global experience in leadership & management of architecture & delivery of large-scale, global portfolios/projects in fast-paced, demanding, client-facing roles. He has played a wide spectrum of roles of Enterprise/BI/Data/Solutions Architect for Fortune 100 clients in North America and APAC for several years.

He has been instrumental in spearheading Tungsten's recent growth in India and is currently leading all the technology initiatives.

ESC - End Suicides of Cultivators
